1. Publishers who create a microsite dedicated to Norton products must have an Official Norton Partner logo/affiliate certification on main Norton/Symantec promotional page.
2. Logo must be visible on the publisherââ¬â¢s site
3. Official Norton Partner logo will link to a static landing page listing approved Norton affiliate partners (landing page will not include any links)
4. Symantec templates used on our homepages and sites cannot be replicated by publishers without express written consent by the Symantec corporate affiliate team.
5. Use of Norton ââ¬Ålook and feelââ¬Â cannot be used without express written consent to do so by the Symantec corporate affiliate team (colors, page layout similar to Norton eStore pages or Norton.com pages)
6. Toolbar Technology guidelines:
ââ¬Â¢ Publishers are prohibited from promoting/dropping coupons and/or discounts on any and all Norton and/or Symantec properties globally (includes sales, renewal or eStore pages). Prohibited URLs include but are not limited to the following:

9. Only activations will be paid for, installs and purchases are not payable.
10. Specific for Cashback affiliates: ââ¬Â¢ For end users/customers, Cashback sites cannot offer more than 50% (of the Order amount) as cashback/reward to user.
ââ¬Â¢ The payout for Cashback affiliates would be 100% revenue-share with a maximum cap as mentioned below for each goal.

12. Any sale coming for anti-virus/internet security from IN, SG & MY will have $22.4 payout except for the product: ââ¬â¢Norton AntiVirus Plus'. (These changes in payout are effective from 12th June - PST timezone. (12th June - 12:30 PM onwards, IST timezone))
13. Any sale coming for product ââ¬â¢Norton AntiVirus Plusââ¬â¢ will have rev-share payout which is 140% of sale amount. (These changes in payout are effective from 12th June - PST timezone. (12th June - 12:30 PM onwards, IST timezone))
14. No email marketing.
15. Newsletter inclusion with Nortonââ¬â¢s sign off.
16. No misleading communication / messaging such as: ââ¬Åyour device is unprotectedââ¬Â, ââ¬Åyour device is infectedââ¬Â
17. No misleading messaging implying anti-virus protection is ââ¬Åabout to expireââ¬Â or ââ¬Åhas expiredââ¬Â
18. No use of count down or timer.
19. No marketing materials may impersonate the brand, or be presented as anything other than a third party advertisement.
